BBBB for the Week of Aug 4, 2019: 🏘️ We're Back with Five New 🏡 's + Tons of Catching Up! 😎

in Becky's Best Bungalow Bets, Heights

Hello BBBB Friends:

Welcome back! I've enjoyed my summer break but I'm more than ready to get back to the business of real estate in the Heights and other close-in neighborhoods. We have a ton of catching up to do!

Overall, July was not as slow as we've come to expect July to be. Listing activity was only down slightly from prior months as were sales, so the net result was a draw, no increase/decrease in available inventory. I have selected 5 new listings to share and I'll work on building up my curated list of available properties over the next few weeks.

When last I reported at the end of June there were 28 homes that were Still on My List.  Today, 17 of these homes are Still on My List and 12 of these have price reductions. Click HERE to see the new shiny prices!

Of course there are also a ton of final sales to report- 25 to be exact. To see final sales prices Click HERE and be prepared to scroll and scroll and scroll....
