ABOUT COLOR
Based on my FaceBook feed, it appears that people love quizzes, so when I came across a quiz from Zillow on which paint colors help a home sell for more, I thought I'd share it with you.  Please note that these results are national and come from data collected between 2010 and 2018.

In the Houston market, cool, neutral colors are the way to go. It's hard to go wrong with white as it allows people to imagine their art and furnishings in the space. Popular whites include Sherwin Williams Snowbound (SW 7004), Pure White (SW 7005) and Alabaster (SW 7008).
