It should be another beautiful day in the neighborhood with just a slight chance of rain so set the Texans game to record and head out for a spot of house hunting, there will be plenty of homes in all price ranges open in the Heights today including 4 of my featured properties. 

It was another slow week for listing activity. We are running out of time for the fall busy season to kick in, just sayin'. HOME BUYER HEADS UP
There may be 38 shopping days left till Christmas, but if you want to be in your new home by January 1st to take advantage of the 20% homestead property tax exemption, time is getting really tight. Median days to close a house in the Heights this year is 34 days with an average of 42 and we have only 44 days left in 2019. Don't panic, there are lenders who can deliver a 20 and even a 10 day close. Ready to do some power shopping?
