Hello BBBB Friend,

This will be the last BBBB for 2019. I have enjoyed sharing new Heights properties and a few Heights fun facts and activities along the way. I'm looking forward to the new year and I anticipate we will have a lot to talk about. Listings will pick up in January and increase steadily through the spring (🤞) and I'll be here to highlight the gems.

Obviously a slow week with regard to new listings, today I'm highlighting new construction that has been listed for a while but is now complete or substantially complete. Price per square foot ranges from $295-422 per square foot reflecting lot size, location, finish levels and, of course, builder.
