Welcome back! I hope you had a great holiday. I certainly did but I'm more than ready to get back to the business of real estate in the Heights and other close-in neighborhoods. Inventory is still low but new listings are trickling in. I've identified five properties worth a look. PLUS, since we have been off for a couple of weeks there are a ton of properties on my watch list that closed.
