BBBB for the Week of Jan 26, 2020: 🏘️ 🏘️ What's New? 😎

in Becky's Best Bungalow Bets, Heights

Hello BBBB Friends:

It will be another fabulous day out on the open house trail today. Expect to have lots of company as traffic at open houses is reported to be very brisk. You will have about 50 to choose from here in the Heights. While it appears that there are a lot of buyers in the market and inventory is low, folks are being pretty picky preferring those homes that are "just bring your toothbrush" ready.

In addition to five featured listings, I have a few price changes as well as just a handful of new contracts and final sales to report for homes that are Still on My ListScroll down to see all of the changes.

Let’s go look at houses or talk about selling yours!!!
