The Houston Heights Association has kicked off a $1,000,000 capital campaign to redesign and rebuild Donovan Park at 7th Street and Heights Boulevard. According to HHA: "Beginning February 1 and lasting through the end of the year, the HHA’s newly formed Friends of Donovan Park committee will call upon neighbors, near and far, past and present, to both donate to the capital and sustaining campaign to reimagine Donovan Park and to actively contribute to the possibilities for its design."
