BBBB for the Week of Feb 9, 2020: 🏘️ 🏘️ What's new in the Heights? 🔥

in Becky's Best Bungalow Bets, Heights

Hello BBBB Friends:

Listing activity was up this week with 22 new listings, however, 7 are still under construction and not quite ready for prime. Sales activity fell off last week's high of 22 to just 14 new contracts. The needle for months of inventory on hand moved up slightly to 3.5 months.

In addition to four featured listings, I have a few price changes as well as just a handful of new contracts and final sales to report for homes that are Still on My ListKeep scrolling down for all the details.

The Houston Heights Fire Station at 107 E 12th is hosting an open house today from 2-4:30 so if you are out and about, drop by for a tour.

Let’s go look at houses or talk about selling yours!!!
