I am amazed that we are still seeing bidding wars on new listings in the Heights. We still have pent up demand due to low inventory and expect that this will continue to be the case. We are not seeing an unusual number of price reductions, however, this week's listing terminations and withdrawals were higher than normal. As well, the number of pending sales falling out of contract is up so keep watching as that house you just missed out on may come back around.

This week I am featuring 5 new listings. I have a few price changes and new contracts to report among properties that are Still on My List. Keep scrolling down to see these changes as well as to check on final sales prices of homes you may have been watching.

HEADS UP
Just a reminder that the last day to apply for a homestead exemption is Wednesday, April 30th.  If you had an exemption last year, there is no need to reapply.

The deadline for sending in your protest on your property taxes is May 15th and on that topic, we have had many requests to repeat last Friday's webinar on "Protesting Your Property Taxes" so we are working to schedule another session. Be on the lookout for an email invitation.
