Happy Mother's Day to you and yours! Traditionally, Mother's Day is a busy open house day. Don't despair though, most realtors are doing or allowing in-person showings now. Compass reports that showings are back up to pre-shutdown levels. Just a reminder of protocol when previewing homes: 
  • Check out the videos and 3d tours before scheduling the showing to be sure the home is what you are looking for.
  • Wear a mask.
  • Wear gloves or sanitize your hands before and after the showing.
New listings slowed this week after last week's bumper crop, while sales stayed at a consistent level. Months of inventory on hand still hovers around 4 months which is considered a seller's market. This week I am featuring 4 new listings. In addition, I have a few price changes and homes back on the market to report along with a bunch of new contracts for homes that are Still on My List.
