In-person open houses are back on the menu! HAR began publicizing open houses earlier this week and today promises to be especially busy. There are 41 open houses scheduled today in the Heights, offering something for everybody. Things to remember if you are hitting the open house trail today:
  • Bring an umbrella
  • Wear a mask (seller's choice!)
  • Sanitize your hands before and after or wear a fresh pair of gloves
  • Be patient, access to houses may be restricted to one or two groups at a time (pretend you're queuing up for a home tour!)

Listing and contracting activity was brisk this week. In fact, 13%, 4 out of 31, of new listings went under contract in less than 3 days. However, months of inventory on hand (4.51) is creeping up as new listings are running slightly ahead of new contracts. Cross your fingers that new listings continue to pick up!
