Wow! What a week for new listings! Single-family home inventory increased by 5% this week! Included in this week's bounty of new listings are a number of fixer-uppers, so if you are looking for a project, contact me for a list of potentials.

Here is an interesting presentation of the trend in median list prices and days to sell over the past 5 years. Last month, the median list price was $639,500 compared to $589,000 in May last year, an 8.6% increase! Median days to sell was 18 vs 20.
