Happy July 4th Weekend! It feels odd that the 4th holiday isn't a Monday. Friday didn't really feel like a holiday so I call for a do-over tomorrow.

If you are headed out on the open house trail today, it will be slim pickings with only 35 Heights* homes open today.  In the short term expect fewer open houses, it is much easier to provide a safe showing experience for buyers, sellers, and agents at private showings.

I have a shortlist of new listings for you today. It was another slow week for listing and contracting activity, however, it was a big week for final sales among homes that are Still on My List.
