The inventory of available single-family homes in the Heights improved slightly this week bringing us to the brink of a balanced market overall. If we break active listings down into price ranges, we see a slightly different picture with homes listed under $500K clearly in a seller's market with only 3.7 months of inventory and homes over $1M solidly in a buyer's market with almost 10 months of inventory on hand.
