It was surprisingly busy this week for real estate in the Heights. Remarkably 6 of the 37 new listings went under contract almost immediately in spite of the rain from Tropical Storm Beta. FUN STUFF 
If you missed the Houston Heights Association (HHA) Annual Bicycle Rally & Scavenger Hunt held over Memorial Day weekend, you have another chance! HHA is hosting an Encore Event next weekend.  Adapting to our new normal, the event will be held as a 3-day event, Oct 2-4. This will give you more time to solve the clues and make it easier to maintain social distancing on the hunt! Both 5-mile and 15-mile routes will be offered. The scavenger hunt will end at 5 pm on Sunday. This is a really fun event for adults and kids! Click HERE for more details.

And don't forget the First Saturday Arts Market! It will be held on October 3 from 11 am-6 pm in the parking lot at 540 W 19th St. This month the Churrasco Food Truck will be on hand along with Houston Cider Company and Houston Winery. Here is the Artist Roster! Masks are required attire and I'll bet there will be some cool masks available for purchase from the local artists.
