New listings and new sales contracts were down a bit this week and it might look like things are slowing down; unless you were a party to one of the multiple offer situations on at least 4 of the new listings. This week I am featuring 5 new listings ranging from the $500k's to $1.25m, from bungalows to recent construction. There were a number of price reductions this week among homes that are Still on My List so be sure to keep scrolling down to check out shiny new price tags as well as new contracts and final sales.

ON THE CALENDAR
Mark your calendars for the first-ever "Hike, Bike and Fright Fest" at the new M-K-T Heights development located off Shepherd and the Hike and Bike Trail. There will be food and entertainment plus a pumpkin patch for a photo op. Get in the Halloween mood with a "Thriller" dance lesson. Masks required and social distancing will be in effect. Saturday, October 31st, noon to 6 pm, 600 North Shepherd Drive.

If you haven't had a chance to visit M-K-T Heights it is a trail-oriented mixed-use project with 4 acres of green space and, so far, 30 new restaurants and merchants are open or in the works. We only have 2 more weeks of daylight savings time (time change is Nov 1st) so take advantage of the waning extra daylight hours to hike or bike over and check things out.
