For the second week in a row, new listings and new sales contracts for single-family homes in the Heights trended down. I've selected six of the new listings to feature below. To catch up on price changes, new contracts, and final sales for homes that are Still on My List be sure to keep scrolling down!

SEPTEMBER SURGE IN HEIGHTS HOME SALES
Single-family home sales jumped 37.7 percent in September with 84 units sold throughout the Heights compared to 61 a year earlier. On a year-to-date basis, however, sales are down by 11.6% percent. Strong sales volume at the high end of the market pushed pricing upward. The single-family home median price rose 5.0 percent to $619,250 while the average price increased 17.9 percent to $764,899. This is the highest average sales price recorded for any month in the Heights. Based on the number of homes going under contract in September, October promises to be our best month for sales so far this year.
