So today is my favorite day of the year when our clocks move back an hour. I will savor this extra hour all day. However, I'm not as keen on losing the additional daylight hours for showing homes! ⏰

Another drop in listings combined with a slight uptick in new sales contracts this week pushed available single-family home inventory to its lowest level since May. This week I am featuring 5 new listings. Today starts the Houston Heights Association's "Houston Heights Turkey Trot". Once again being mindful of social distancing and keeping the community safe, HHA has reimagined its annual Fun Run as a Virtual Run. You can walk/run a 10k, 5k, or 1k ANYTIME between today, Nov 1st, and Saturday, Nov 21st.   The way it works:  sign up HERE, run or walk ANY course, upload your results, share photos, and celebrate. Medals will be mailed to all finishers.
