It was another slow week for new listings with only 15 single-family homes coming onto the market in the Heights. I've selected six of these new listings to feature below. Additionally, I have a few price changes and new contracts to report from among homes that are Still on My List. Keep scrolling down to see those changes.

BANNER MONTH FOR HEIGHTS REAL ESTATE!!
Single-family home sales jumped a whopping 70.1% percent in October with 116 units sold throughout the Heights compared to just 68 a year earlier. However, on a year-to-date basis, sales are down by 4.0% percent but strong November sales should push year-over-year sales into the black. The single-family home median price rose 7.0 percent to $642,000, while the average price increased 3.8 percent to $678,492. Average and median days on market dropped precipitously to 59 and 28 days, respectively, as low inventory continues to depress sales volume
