Whew! Glad the past week is over! My work this week is pretty easy as there were only 4 new listings this week, 2 already under contract. HEIGHTS MARKET UPDATE
Even as the supply of homes in the Heights area continues to shrink, sales continued apace to best last January's sales by over 10% with substantial increases in average and median sales prices. Continued increases in sales are not sustainable without an infusion of new listings into the market. Unfortunately, the winter storm most likely reduced the number of new listings coming up as homeowners assess and repair damages.
